Terms and Conditions: #teamyellow clubs program

Thank you for your interest in participating in the #teamyellow clubs program offered by Tennis-Point (Tennis-Point Europe GmbH, HRB 283659, Register Court Munich). 

By registering for and participating in the program, you agree to comply with the following terms: 

1. Criteria for participating 

1. The #teamyellow clubs program is aimed at tennis and / or padel clubs. The Club must have an active tennis and / or padel facility and a valid certification recognised by the tennis and / or padel federation of the respective country. 

2. A Club which was previously part of the former Advantage Club Program will be automatically transferred to the new #teamyellow clubs program without needing to re-register. Upon transfer, clubs from the old Advantage Club Program will be required to complete a questionnaire to provide preferences and characteristics for program optimization.  

3. Agreements of a club with other tennis or padel brands do not affect the eligibility to participate in the program. 

4. Tennis-Point reserves the right to review and approve all club applications, ensuring they meet the program's standards and objectives. 

2. Registration process 

1. New clubs can register for the #teamyellow clubs program at “Coaches and Clubs Program” under „My Account“ by completing the registration form. 

2. After confirmation by Tennis-Point, the club becomes a club of the #teamyellow clubs program („#teamyellow club“).  

3. Obligations of the #teamyellow club 

1. The #teamyellow clubs program is free of charge. 

2. The #teamyellow club Clubs must promote Tennis-Point among their members and encourage them to purchase tennis or padel equipment from Tennis-Point. 
    

4. #teamyellow club discount 

1. As a #teamyellow club, the club receives a discounted price on a large part of Tennis-Point's products („club discount“). 

2. The club discount is automatically applied when logged in as a #teamyellow club at the Tennis-Point webshop. 

5. Discount codes for club member 

1. The #teamyellow club receives an individual discount code, which it can make available to its club members free of charge. The discount code offers a discount of 10% for a certain period of time, which cannot be combined with other current promotions or discount codes and can be redeemed in the Tennis-Point webshop and stores. The discount code is not applicable on already discounted products. The exact conditions for redeeming the discount code are specified in the voucher visual. 

2. The discount code is only valid in the country in which the #teamyellow club has registered. 

3. The #teamyellow club will receive the discount code by e-mail, and the discount code can also be viewed via their club profile at “Coaches and Clubs Program” under „My Account“. After the discount code expires, the #teamyellow club will receive a new individual discount code by e-mail.  

6. Performance rewards 

1. Tennis-Point may, at its own discretion or on the basis of an individual agreement, grant a #teamyellow club additional benefits such as free merchandise or the provision of prizes at tournaments for the revenue generated via the discount code of its members.  

2. Unless otherwise agreed, benefits granted by Tennis-Point are deemed to be one-off benefits and do not constitute a claim for future benefits. 

7. Communication 

1. The #teamyellow club agrees to be contacted by Tennis-Point by e-mail. Contact may be made in particular for registration purposes, notification of the discount code, information on generated sales or changes to the #teamyellow clubs program and as part of the newsletter.  

2. The #teamyellow club assures that the information provided by it is complete and correct. Should the information provided by the #teamyellow club or other circumstances required for the #teamyellow clubs program have changed, the club shall change this immediately via its club profile at “Coaches and Clubs Program” under „My Account“. 

8. Termination 

1. The #teamyellow club can terminate its participation in the #teamyellow clubs program at any time by notifying Tennis-Point in writing / via e-mail to coaches@tennis-point.co.uk.  

2. Tennis-Point may terminate a club's participation in the #teamyellow clubs program with immediate effect by email notification, in particular  

1. if the club or its members violate any provision of these terms and conditions, 

2. if the club loses its club certification, 

3. if the club or its members speak about Tennis-Point in a defamatory manner or portray the brand in a negative light, 

4. in the event of misuse of the discount codes, including distribution on voucher sites, or  

5. in the event of other fraudulent behaviour by the club.   

3. With the termination of participation, the club’s discount code becomes invalid and its entitlement to the club discount and any future benefits granted expire. 

9. Consent, changes to terms and conditions 

1. Tennis-Point reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time. 

2. Tennis-Point will inform the #teamyellow club by e-mail about the change of the conditions. 

3. Continuing participation in the  #teamyellow clubs program after the terms and conditions have been changed constitutes the #teamyellow club’s acceptance of the changed terms and conditions.  

4. By participating in the #teamyellow clubs program, the #teamyellow club agrees to the validity of these terms and conditions and agrees to comply with them.
